One of our clients forwarded us this video a couple of weeks ago and it was a complete game changer. I know it’s long but it’s definitely worth your 18 minutes.

Simon Sinek explains how “People don’t buy what you do; people buy why you do it.” His simple but powerful model for inspirational leadership all starting with a golden circle and the question “Why?” His examples include Apple, Martin Luther King, and the Wright brothers.
