With most net’s ratings identical to last Sunday, ABC won another slow Sunday night ratings race. While The Amazing Race had its lowest rated finale episode ever.

With overall ratings identical to last Sunday, ABC shows were a mix of ups and downs. America’s Funniest Home Videos was up 18% to a 2.0 adults 18-49 rating. Extreme Makeover: Home Edition fell 8% to a 2.2 adults 18-49 rating. Desperate Housewives fell 3% to a 3.7 rating. While Brothers & Sisters was up 8% to a 2.6 rating.

Fox’s nightly ratings average was also identical to last Sunday’s, with its first hour down, its middle hour even, and its last hour up. ‘Til Death fell 30% to just a 0.7 rating. The Simpsons (2.7 rating) and The Cleveland Show (2.6 rating) were both even with last week. Family Guy rose 9% vs. last week to a 3.8 rating, the highest rated show of the night. American Dad was also up (7%) to a 2.9 rating.

Keeping the “even Steven” meme alive, NBC’s average was also the same as last week. Minute To Win It fell 16% to a series original episode low 1.6 rating. While Celebrity Apprentice continued to recover from its early drubbing by Undercover Boss lifting 12% to a 2.9 rating. Note: there was a 6 minute golf overrun into Dateline in the Eastern & Central time zones, so final ratings adjustments may be more than typical. No other show was effected.

CBS was the only broadcaster to break away from even, going lower than last week. Post-Conan, 60 Minutes was back to its typically unimpressive ratings, falling 32% to a 1.5 rating.  The Amazing Race’s 2.9 rating was down 3% from last week to a 2.9 adults 18-49 rating, its lowest finale rating ever. As usual, yet another Jesse Stone movie was watched by many, but few that advertisers wanted to pay for, netting just a 1.4 adults 18-49 rating. That’s 36% lower than the last Jesse Stone albatross (3/1/09).
